Looks like a good time and that Victory ran well. Do the PA steel matches at this club require you to be a member, and what class is it if your shooting with a red dot?

None of the competitions I have been in require a membership to the host club.

The PA Steel League doesn't require membership either Unless you are shooting for score and access to the prize table at the banquet.

The other steel match is East Coast Steel and that is a Steel Challenge affiliated match. No USPSA membership required either.

IDPA and USPSA don't require membership just to check it out a couple of times. But they usually require it at some point if you are going to keep attending.

Oh.. and the class is .22 Open Auto or Rimfire Pistol Open (depending on who is defining it).
