Change From Non Resident to Resident
Quick question.....I have my non resident conceal carry permit for PA. I recently moved to PA and now I want to change my permit form non resident to resident.
Does anyone know the procedure for this? Do I have to re-apply and pay the fee again?
Thanks in advance for your input.Last edited by coxfam2x4; February 7th, 2017 at 09:56 PM.
