    I'm guessing he had some major paper work errors, can't see him doing cash and carry with no paperwork the way he advertised and always seemed to be on the local news for it. Guess time will tell.

    According to the Post Gazette the paperwork errors included not filing paperwork for firearms purchased with cash. While I am not an FFL, methinks that would not be entirely legal.

    Yes I heard that and also know how the news exaggerates things. If he did indeed sell guns without paperwork surely he knew it was only a matter of time before getting caught.

    I can't wait to hear the real details, should be interesting for sure.
