Exclamation *** THE GREAT MIDTERM ELECTIONS THREAD ***

Might as well get started on this project now. The US midterm elections are not that far away.

While everyone gets to see riot porn on the TV, you should always have on the back of your mind November 6, 2018. If Republicans reach 60 Senators then the Democratic Party as we've always known it will be officially dead. They can't even be the party of NO--they'll be overridden.

The left and far-left (as opposed to the center-left) have unilaterally decided amongst themselves to label anything and everything that is NOT them a Nazi (and they're not even so sure about their moderate-left relatives who tend to drift Democrat-voting 70% of the time).

Here's some background on how the 2018 Mid-Term Elections shapes up:

You guessed it: Pennsylvania has one Democrat senator to get rid of: Bob Casey.

An even BIGGER win: Getting rid of Governor Wolf and replacing him with someone who is less of a joke.

We failed miserably as voters and as gun owners for not doing enough to stop the Pennsylvania Supreme Court from being overrun with Democrats, including one liberal Democrat from Philadelphia. This stuff matters to you because if you are facing a malicious prosecution it could be those same Democrats determining your fate.

The legislative logjam in Washington has been broken, and it has broken in favor of us. We need to do the same for our own state.

Yes, the election of Donald Trump and holding on to Congress has rocked anti-gun groups back on their heels. But our state was weakened. We still cannot force Philadelphia to rethink all the litany of illegal codes they have written that usurp the Uniform Firearms Act. They will NOT take them off the books because they hope and pray that someday, Democrats will control everything in Harrisburg and they can proceed in full force going after gun-owners.

Philadelphia has a semi-automatic rifle ban on the books. Yes, it is completely unenforceable and they do not prosecute anyone for it. But if Democrats ever controlled Harrisburg, they would begin pressuring the Philadelphia Police to start harassing people like me immediately.

Just because Trump is in the White House does not mean you can lower your guard and relax. There is still a lot of work to do.

The super-far-left riots are definitely helping our own cause; it's showing upstate Pennsylvanians what a ridiculous bunch they all are. We still need to vet Republicans who want to run in primaries and we need our lame-duck governor shown the door.

Governor Wolf just assembled his campaign team. He's going to dig his heels in and show up to every liberal protest in Philly and kiss every baby in every county. He has to be got rid of.

    Let's do this.

As much as I enjoy watching the left melt down on television, I myself need a break from politics and advocacy for a few months. Wake me sometime after July 4th.

We all need to contact the Pennsylvania Republican Party to start now. No more last minute fill ins to run against Casey or Wolf.
