    Default what is the best way to keep bright stainless clean?

    my colt is in bright stainless but it seems impossible to keep fingerprints and stuff off of it....what is the best way to keep it clean or polish it up after handling?

    non abrasive wax. Makes it easier to clean after shooting it too.
    You can never have enough horsepower or ammunition.

    Expensive, but a little dab goes a long way. Plus, you can use it on other things and it's safe on blued guns and wood. Awesome for gun porn shooting sessions too.

    I use exclusively apple cider vinegar on all my stainless weapons.

    I like a product called "Flitz". After shooting, I use a lead removal cloth then clean it dry and use flitz on it. I think you can get it at Gander Mountain or most gun stores.

    Stainless is easy to keep clean, If you are handling as a show and tell piece, Like mint condition show pieces, a shadow box and white gloves might be wanted, but if its a shooter, just get a cleaning cloth and whipe it down. Abrasives and waxes will eventually take off the original sheen on the gun.
