Re: NY takes one more giant leap toward crazy town.
Sing it with me " AAAAAWWWWWWWWW FUCK NEW YORK" ( in stead of I love new york)
I just remembered some one saying "I refuse to visit any state that cannot guarantee the safety of my self or my family, and does not allow me to provide for the safety of my self or my family"
So I think its time for national reciprocity

Re: NY takes one more giant leap toward crazy town.
Senator Persaud specifically mentions the stockpiling of 3,000 rounds of ammunition, like what was used during the San Bernardino attack. "What we wanted to do is prevent people from just walking into the stores and stock piling like we saw a little over a year ago in San Bernardino where someone was able to stockpile ammunition and then use it for mass destruction," explains Senator Persaud.
What WAS used was two Moslem terrorists, including a member of Al Qaeda that traveled from Pakistan to Yemen to go through an Al Qaeda training camp then had an arranged a marraige with a Moslem terrorism she had never met in the US in order to gain entry and the FBI was told all about it.

Perhaps the voters, but the people proposing these laws have no interest in criminals. Their interest is banning guns from the common man as much as possible - not criminals, their neighbors. "Criminals" mentioned in a gun control bill is simply customary in the same way that "interstate commerce" is mentioned in federal bills that have nothing to do with interstate commerce.

So, with containers of cartridges being in lots of 20, 50, and 100 rounds et cetera, ammo retailers will have to start selling "loosies" to accommodate odd numbered cartridge purchases.

Re: NY takes one more giant leap toward crazy town.
I wasnt as clear as i thought i was but i was trying to imply that the politicians are trying to unarm the masses and those dumb a$$ voters are falling for it. I mean, can any of them really think for themselves? They're all that naive & have their heads so far up their gluten free a $$es that they think that the politicians really have their (the voters) best interest at heart. Maybe they should remove all the warning labels & let nature sort this mess out. As a gun loving, God fearing American, the only thing i hated more than your typical New Yorkers was the typical NY politician

Re: NY takes one more giant leap toward crazy town.
You don't know how right you are.
As part of the NY SAFE Act from 2013, there is a provision for pretty much anyone in a physician's office to report people as "dangerous" to the NYS Police. That reporting triggers an investigation, and if a pistol permit has been issued, an immediate suspension and removal of ALL firearms from the residence. We just recently found out that these people are being submitted to the FBI for inclusion into NICS. This is all happening without the benefit of due process and in violation of HIPAA. Some physicians are doing this for purely political purposes.
There is strong suspicion (but little evidence as of yet) that the pistol permit database is being cross-references against the prescription drug database, and people being given prescriptions for certain medications are having their permits yanked as well. Again, without the benefit of due process.
Before long, it looks like we're going to have to undergo background checks to purchase ammunition. All of these that people are being entered into will be checked, and ammunition purchases will be denied.
It's not well known, but yeah, this shit is happening.
