Default The "Squirrels" are busy again! SB 115 - SB 118 Democrats in action.

This time it is Senator Hughes of SD 7 (covering parts of Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties)

In a burst of legislative fervor this defender of freedom has offered FOUR amendments to the UFA at once!

NOT ONE OF THEM IS WORTHY OF OUR APPROVAL! In other words ALL should be OPPOSED!

    Specifically these are:

SB 115: Adds Any conviction under section 901 (relating to criminal
attempt), 902 (relating to criminal solicitation) or 903
(relating to criminal conspiracy) to commit any of the above enumerated
offenses or any offense equivalent to section 901, 902 or 903 to commit any of the above-enumerated offenses
under the statutes of any other state or of the United
    States.

See Bill description and access full test at:
    http://www.legis.state.pa.us/CFDOCS/...&type=B&bn=115

Section 6105 b should be removed entirely and replaced with wording like "any felony crime or misdemeanor carrying a possible penalty of one incarceration or more."

SB 116: Adds the requirement to obtain or certify "firearms safety training" Adds a requirement to prove "firearms competence" for issue of LTCF.

See Bill description and access full test at:
    http://www.legis.state.pa.us/CFDOCS/...&type=B&bn=116

I oppose this since I believe that ANY requirement the state sets can be corrupted by the state.

SB 117: Adds MORE offenses to 6105 b to deny LTCF

See Bill description and access full test at:
    http://www.legis.state.pa.us/CFDOCS/...&type=B&bn=117

Comment above re: Section 6105 b

SB 118: ADDS criminal liability to anyone who sells a firearm that used in a crime. Deletes the requirement where seller "had reason to believe".

See Bill description and access full test at:
    http://www.legis.state.pa.us/CFDOCS/...&type=B&bn=118

Even though I KNOW that ALL FFLs in PA and legit occasional gun sellers are ALL demonstrably clairvoyant and can identify a miscreant just by their "aura" or aroma, making one legally liable for the actions of a 3rd party just does not sit right.

We really need to build a guillotine and threaten to use it on ALL politicians that usurp the PA constitution.

Politicians are pond scum and should be eradicated accordingly.

Tired of the BS from both sides.
