Must be why he asked me for a sharpie. I was thinking, "Why would you think I have a sharpie? I'm not wearing a pocket protector or anything."

    I had one, I didn't have a pocket protector.

Good for him. Thanks for the help, Drop-Leg Jeff.

He was nice, and there was a second MD'er with him. When we went back to pick up hardware, the Capitol police said MD #2 was the winner for biggest gun: he had a large frame revolver in a nice leather holster. I would guess it had a 7" barrel.

I picked up my 1911 and a comment was made they hadn't seen a lot of those this year either. The police were as friendly and professional as ever.

Sorry I had to work through breakfast and couldn't join you all, but it was nice to catch up with a few of you at the rally Streaker's kids are the best!

It was great to see everyone at breakfast. You are a great bunch of people. Streaker's kids were awesome. My 9 YO daughter was going to go with me, but she had something going on at school she didn't want to miss. (BTW, she just got her Marksman First Class patch and is now working on Sharpshooter.)

The entertainment from the chanters outside Metcalfe's office was great. I can't imagine how they think that behavior does anything but tag them as childish idiots to be ignored. They did seem to be getting media attention though. I think the Capitol police were extremely professional in letting them exercise their rights until they crossed the line and infringed on others'.

    Thanks to all who attended.

I didn't try and gather anybody up. I was having a little trouble getting around so we just went as a group of 2 in order to make it faster. The ride home was grueling. Wasn't having the best day. But it was nice seeing everyone. Not to mention some of the poon tang they have around that place
Did you notice the very curvy woman with the yellow top and tight black skirt? She is there every year and just seems to constantly walk through the crowd driving the old men crazy. I know Aggies noticed her last year ;-)

She probably hunts for "sugar daddies" to get in good with so they can buy her the expensive firearms that she wants.

Somehow, I have the feeling that she works there. I've never seen her even talk to anyone there. While I didn't see much of it this time, in the past it was obvious that some representatives send staff out to check the crowd size and mood before deciding to stand behind the podium. There is also a game of musical chairs going on as speakers change, as some want to be seen there by us but are not comfortable with photographs and videos of them behind some speakers.

I would sniff the tracks of the laundry truck that took this woman's soiled undies away. I think Ms Grip would allow me that, but that's about it. Aggies's wife might like her, and I'm certain that she is an unquestionable candidate for Ungawa's basement (no delousing needed). My Spidey sense tells me that she has unrealized career ambitions and is desperately using her dwindling hot years to get there. She's still a pookie poodle, but she'll eventually eventually turn into a skank bernard.
