Re: Split Rock Gun Show Jan. 21 & 22
Was there Saturday 1-330pm. Good show in my opinion and have attended for around 7 years. Less firearm handgun dealers than in past times....but enough if looking for recent models. Lot of rifles and enough ammo. Gunshow prices so shop around. Lot of accessories and some non firearm supplies. Maybe 650+ tables.
At 1pm lot of attendees. Parking the problem and loaded with cars. Waterpark at lower end of complex packs the cars in. No bus schuttle. However, everyone found parking based on moderate crowds at 1pm.

I went on Sunday morning ...There were some empty tables, AR's in all price ranges including the new one from Savage.. A lot of ammo dealers , a couple selling reloading supplies , Prices on handguns wasn't bad ...Was looking to see the new Walther Creed but didn't see one..

Re: Split Rock Gun Show Jan. 21 & 22
Been attending for at least seven years. Often make it a motorcycling destination. There was a reloading supplier there I've never seen before...had a large selection of powders. TnT Reloading was there also, so for reloaders, it was a good show. Ammo cans outside, the guy gave me a nice break on a third can.
Gotta say, Split Rock organization doesn't maintain those two rooms well lately. Single water cooler was not working. Last summer the AC was not working. They used to be open to the cafeteria but have the gun show blocked off from there for several years. In summer the shuttle was working. It's so warm this winter I guess there is little to no skiing? so might explain no shuttle.
