I keep thinking about that one in Morgantown. 770 was just too high. I thought it was a 500 not a 590. 590 is better.

My FFL buddy is of the opinion that they are not legal in PA, but he is just one voice. I am VERY interested in one of the new Mossberg's though.

Buds has them for as low as $389. Currently out of stock, but you can reserve one.

In Buds description it states: Classified as fully-compliant by the BATFE, this model requires no Tax Stamp for transfers.

They are legal to buy, the question was, are they legally allowed to be loaded in your car with a LTCF.

Has anyone heard of local dealers taking orders for the 590 Shockwave? Bud's is the only place I've seen preorders.

wow i want one! only a SBS or SBR is legal to carry in a car loaded with a LTCF , thos shotguns are for home defense only, made small easier to wield in tight spaces like hallways.

I'd like to hear his reasoning behind why.

Well I must of imagined the conversation. I asked him about it again today and he said it was good to go, would just need a handgun transfer form in addition to the 4473. Now do I place the pre-order with buds or do I wait...
