Nice, hopefully it keeps improving and I see my July submission by close of year.

Seems like individual forms are flying through. If the above post is any indication I should get mine soon.

I used the Silencer Shop kiosk last september 2016 for two suppressors. For some reason, mainly that the kiosk was new at the time, my Form 4's did not actually get to ATF until Jan 2017! A loss of nearly 4 months! I was really bummed out! I just forgot about the Forms until July or so and then started periodically calling ATF to see the status. When I called ATF mid-August, the lady said that they were currently working on July 2016 and that my Forms were not received until Jan 2017. I took that to mean that it would be another 6 months before I saw approval. But surprisingly, I got a call last week from my dealer that the first one was approved. The second one was received approved a day later. The person at the shop when I picked up my suppressor told me I might have gotten lucky because some Forms from the July 2016 time frame got out of place in the queue, and that some later forms were coming back before the July Forms. Don't know how true that is, but I mention it for whatever its worth.

A good friend of mine just got his paper work back for a suppressor. It took 1 year and two days from the time he mailed it.

Think we all know there was a ton of Trust submitted just before the deadline, got to image those are running much slower as they short them from the new rules, nothing really changed for us individuals except CLEO sign.

Cool Re: 2017 NFA Time Line

I just got THE CALL from my Class III.
They just got the Tax Stamps in.
I'll be picking my suppressor up tomorrow after I get off work.
I'll also fill the numbers after I see the forms.

There is The Baseline: 264 days/38 weeks.
It is safe to say the numbers will slowly decrease somewhat over the next several months.

My Class III told me they hope to get The Wait down to Three (3) Months early next year.
My reply was "Famous last words."

As it is, that is THE shortest wait from APPROVED to receiving the Forms I've ever seen.

264 Total Days. Good luck on everybody's Wait times.
