If you want a gun free zone on your place of business, education, etc... Then you are required by law to secure the area and have metal detectors and armed guards on hand to ensure that the area is in fact gun free. This is the direction gun rights lawmakers need to move.

Put the liability on the property owners for their decisions. Schools, at the very least, need this immediately.

We need to more strongly support the above type of solution.

I'm perfectly fine with store owners making decisions on whether or not they want people carrying in their stores on the property they pay for just as I have the right to decide whether or not I will spend my money there. It's simple as it is, no need for the government to be involved in that decision imo.
