I'm just pointing out that sometimes, it's possible that we conflate things when we're frustrated with a manufacturer when we think that it should be easy (and logical) for them to replace a part. I think that if anything, this points out to the relentless tyranny that ATF rules and regs plays havoc on the customer experience.
Again, I apologize if you feel that I'm being unfair to you. As a fellow NFA owner, I know how frustrating it can be when you need or want customer service.

Lets just hope the HPA gets passed or, in my dreams, that the BATFE is dissolved.
