Does anyone have a recommendation on a group or individual who performs TCCC based training in the SE PA area?

You can check Rockwell Tactical, they are located in Lancaster. They just posted about 30 classes for 2017 most are live fire classes and no medical classes yet but you can contact Jared at jared@rockwelltactical.com. Their website is www.rockwelltactical.com
