My buddy suggested we go but I am broke. Most likely go anyway just to see if I can check out a Victory in person.

I plan on heading up there Saturday morning with a coworker. Hopefully I can pick up a Christmas present for myself, but I doubt the prices will be that great.

Assuming a lot there. I like when there are tables of military surplus, jerky, pickles, handcrafted walking sticks, knives, hunting gear, t-shirts, nice pens, flashlights...If someone gives their phone number to the people running the contests then maybe they should not own a gun, probably not intelligent enough to know which end to blow into.

Re: Oaks Holiday Gun Show December 16th, 17th, 18th 2016
This show has been well worth going to, for me. It is the only place I can find .38 special wadcutter target ammo. Even on-line, all I can find is semi-wadcutter (along with shipping costs). Last April I found my S&W 617 revolver, that I had been looking for for 3 months, at a price lower that any online dealer. HOWEVER, it's best if you can get there on Friday at noon for the 1 pm opening. Easier parking, and first crack at hard to find ammo. I'll miss all the Trump stuff for sale...but it seems to have worked.

I am going on friday as well....the rest of weekend is booked.
Not looking for anything special but will load up on ammo cans for future "use".
Can't beat the mountain ranges that seem to pop up from one table to the next....although man made, they are still nice to appreciate.

I'm going to check out this show, never been there before. Sounds like a circus, should be a fun experience.
I'll be on the search for a Walther PPQ 5" target model in .40SW and 22LR that are priced accordingly to the market. More so the .40sw model.
