    If they can't run a PICS check after 10 PM, then it's probably not worth having a "responsible person" on the shift after 10 PM; meaning that the guy with the key to the ammo shelves may go home at 10. Other than guns or ammo, everything else can be picked up, dropped in your cart, and paid for up front.

    They would have saved a lot of person-to-person customer grief if they would just explain that, factually. Blaming it on a non-existent local ordinance continues the wasted arguments and researching into ordinances, et cetera.

    May I suggest Leccia Tobacco? Sam Leccia is a Pittsburgh guy, live nearby. Hes a one man operation (unless his friends and kids are helping to fulfill orders in his garage), and makes some great smokes. If you find yourself in the area, you can actually swing by his house and pick up your order. Plus hes always around shops, and cigars shops, just a hell of a nice guy. His smokes are available from the big online players, or from his website directly.
