Nixon(R) mask, No. Hillary(D) mask, yes.

The big line I remember from 1972 was 'Dick Nixon before he dicks you!'

One of my earliest TV memories was him giving the double peace sign, then getting on the helicopter and flying away.

Halloween is a great excuse to open carry in a functional way. For instance, my go-to is an Umbrella soldier with a thigh-holstered Glock - but the intent is not to scare anyone, it's simply to look badass. Any time a weapon is being used specifically with the intent to scare people - even on Halloween - poor decisions have been made.

I hope he gets it plead down to something like DC (which he deserves), but honestly, I don't have any sympathy. He intended to cause a disturbance.

That's not a fair question. You're not a nice person.

Obviously, the COPS that wrote the report did not know that.

Legalities aside, I'm on the fence on this one. Leaning towards OK on Halloween, but not quite decided.

You can do as you please, I'm giving my opinion - what I might do and/or what level of behavior I might tolerate when hanging out w/people (vs. telling them I'm taking off).

This is pretty much how I'm leaning. The bold is based on his own words (as reported).

Why would any one carry an unloaded ($1000) rifle, not be armed with a firearm, on a night that other people are in costume?

Also, looking badass can be the same as causing a certain amount of fear in others.
