Can you renew your PA LTCF early?

Mine expires in 2018, I have moved since getting it, into a different county even. My LTCF address does not match my DL, which is only a minor concern, but a concern regardless. So, can you renew early?

7.3 Change of Address

The Sheriff’s Office that issued a valid License to Carry Firearms will issue a replacement permit with the permit holder's new address if the permit holder can present the valid permit and proof of a new address. Contact your local Sheriff’s Office to initiate this process

I doubt they will renew it. The most likely would re-issue an edited card with your new address.
