This is the reason Constitutional Carry is so important - It takes the carry issue out of the political fray.

With our state Constitution, carrying firearms (licensing) should never have been a political issue anyway - and since it was, we should have already passed Constitutional Carry 3 years ago when we had a sympathetic governor.

I never saw, read or heard anything regarding Rafferty in Indiana County. No signs, no ads, nothing. Folks if you spend no money and your opponent has big money backing, you lose.
