Personally I use a mag holder from theis holsters, just took the clip off and slid it in my back pocket. Fits securely and provides access to it if I need it

I've never noticed a problem with it after pocket carrying my spare mags. Since this thread, I started blowing on it when I remove it, but nothing happens, no lint or dust.

I generally use an old style cell phone case, which holds virtually any pistol magazine. If someone sees it, they will assume I have a low-end phone because it hides most of the magazine. Cheaper than mag pouches, too. I bought one at Dollar Tree. I don't think that I'm cheap, though. I'm just thrifty.

I once used my fire extinguisher and was pretty damned glad I carried that "useless" thing around for 20 years. Spare ammo is much the same. Long odds that you'll ever need it, but if you do, you'll need it awfully bad.

Do you carry two extinguishers?
