Hello everyone

Just joined up on this site and am very excited to be moving to East Stroudsburg in 3 weeks. My wife and baby are very excited to to finally have some space.

Our child is 7 months old, are there any "baby and me " classes or activities in the area? We don't really know anyone in the area.

Welcome to PA my wife did MCM (Monroe County Mom's) for a year or so until our children aged out. She said when she left most of the members had infants and toddlers so it should be a good fit if it's still up and running. She can find them on meetup.com along with other local groups.

Well, now you know two - Hodgie and me. Welcome to PA - and there's a reason why God put a river between NJ and PA. Many good shops in your area...off Rte 78.

I'm coming from NYC and I can't wait to get out of here!

I would love to check out some of the shops, but I'll have to wait till we settle in and see how much fun $ i have left.

Set up electric with Met-ed, propane with Amerigas, and waiting for a response from County Waste. All thats left is setting up internet access.
