If yous' guys let Clinton get elected then her (soon to be) liberal SCOTUS will affirm the legality of lawsuits against firearm manufacturers for 'wrongful death'.

So if she wins it's be cause of us guys here who most likely voted against her? So where's your culpability in all of this?

Yes Bushmater sold to the freedom group several years back then they decided to start Wimdham weaponry which doesn't seem to be doing as well as Bushmaster did.

Considering that all the evidence, if it ever existed anyway, was destroyed or covered up, there probably wasn't much use to pursuing the case. If the PLCAA wasn't enough to stop it, all Remington's lawyers would have had to say would have been one single word: Discovery.
"You can't stop insane people from doing insane things by passing insane laws--that's insane!" -- Penn Jillette

"To my mind it is wholly irresponsible to go into the world incapable of preventing violence, injury, crime, and death. How feeble is the mindset to accept defenselessness. How unnatural. How cheap. How cowardly. How pathetic." -- Ted Nugent

Look at any Bushmaster made recently and you will see Ilion N.Y. on the side. That's Remington. When they bought Bushmaster in Maine, they promised to keep the operation there. They closed the plant and broke their word. The old Bushmasters have the original location in Maine on the receiver.

Winham Weaponry is doing fine. DNA Weaponry in Lititz is owned by a local LE and his wife. He makes regular trips un to Maine to pick up truckloads of rifles for his customers and LE agencies all over.
