    .08% is the rate for general impairment; .1 - .159% is high rate and .16%+ is highest rate

    We're going the opposite of most states....as others are implementing Constitutional carry, Open carry and fewer laws we're going the other way. This BS must be stopped in its tracks!

    Do we lose the right to speak our mind since we had a couple drinks? Are we not allowed to vote if we've had a couple drinks? Can we decide to not incriminate ourselves in an investigation if we've had a couple drinks?

    Natural rights don't end because you had a couple drinks.

    If you do something stupid, those drinks are not an excuse, but it's not my fault if someone else does something stupid with a few beers...
