as far as a lawyer there is probably on that specializes in pfa s or divorce lawyer

if you plan to live in office and drop the issue i would leave furniture taking it would piss them off + it is not worth any thing .

Why don't you get a PFA since you are the one suffering the abuse. This might be a way to get out of the lease.

I had a PFA against me on false accusations. A woman can tell whatever she wants to the judge and the judge is going to believe her. The judge isnt going to jeopardize his/her seat by not giving her the PFA. When I went in front of the judge, the woman in Bucks County, she looked at me like I was a loon and needed help. I had all my guns confiscated. I told my wife that I wouldnt sign the divorce papers until the PFA was lifted, it was lifted and I got all my guns back.

Cut your losses and move on. A girl who cheats can not be trusted and good relationships are built on trust.
