And Ohio is way more likely to get people visiting from out-of-state for things like stopping in a school zone and having it loaded. A 1000ft school zone in Ohio is taken more seriously than in P.A... If they want to they can get you on that if they don't like you. Doesnt matter if you stopped at a Mickey Dee's which was 300ft from the school.
In P. A. there is more room for interpretation. Precedents have already been set in favor of LTCF holders. In Ohio the climate is more like "we can hit you on the head with this if you rub us the wrong way". I'm not saying that because of the behavior of the cop in the video. I've read things about Ohio to this effect. This is how the law is expressed in Ohio. Naturally it attracts people like the cop in the video to apply for a job.
