There's always a work-around for whatever Baltimore city council bans.

After the ban becomes law, how surprising would it be surprising to see kids just wanting a step-up in life (and personal defense systems against gangs and such) now walking around with bows and quivers full of arrows? Or wearing tool belts fitted out with over-sized screwdrivers (they're not fixing watches here) and 22 oz. hammers?

    Way to go, Baltimore????

The easiest way to fix this problem is to neuter a lot of people before they can reproduce.

Haven't these little bastards ever heard of basketball.
Right. Cops should never shoot at kids, either, because they aren't allowed to own real guns until they are 18.

Maybe you should train kids not to point what looks like a real weapon at a policeman. Strange, I don't remember this ever happening when I was a kid, and most kids had some type of "replica" gun, or the real thing.
    Good post.
    I agree.
Make toy guns obviously recognizable as toys.
Educate parents and kids in school about the likelihood of getting shot if brandishing a toy gun as if it's real.
Throw the book at anyone of any age that makes threatening gestures at people with a toy gun as if it's a real weapon.
There are 10 year old kids out there shooting people with real guns.
The world has changed too much to ignore the toy gun recognition issue.

Yeh, cops need better training. And more life insurance for their families. If they are supposed to be able to tell the difference.
