    Hi everyone, I was wondering if Pennsylvania is a Must tell State if a LEO does a traffic stop on you ?

    Absolutely true. Just me being crystal clear again..not.
    I'm assuming the question means legal carry of handgun.
    However with the question being vague as to what type of firearm, I thought there may be a chance the OP needs to be aware of what is legal.
