Re: STOLEN GUN!!!
Is this the missing firearm?
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: STOLEN GUN!!!
I dont think they will revoke ur LTCF if the car was locked, would they revoke my license if someone broke into my house and stole my guns , my house locked? No? Then they shouldnt revoke yours, long as it shows ur car was locked and broken into, some places u cant carry ur gun and u gotta leave it in the car falls in the category of no fault.

Re: STOLEN GUN!!!
I wonder when you sue the police department if you are revoked and do discovery, how many police officers on or off duty had a firearms owned by them or under their control taken by someone else. Were their firearms rights taken away? Did they lose their job? Hmm, what about equal protection under the law.

Re: STOLEN GUN!!!
Unless her firearm is required for work, it's not really an apples to apples comparison.

Re: STOLEN GUN!!!
I recently had my LTCF taken away after someone broke into my car overnight and stole my firearm. The detective pretty much said it's revoked but will send my LTCF to the GUn Permit Unit and to call them to check on my status. I'm assuming it they will revoke it. Have anyone read of success stories on getting back their LTCF after their firearm was stolen from their car?
