I've offered to buy the entire bar a round if they could find the word "concealed" anywhere on their license. Spent the next 5 minutes watching everyone pull out their wallets and flip their license over and over trying to find it. Haven't had to buy a drink yet.

That's a cool hangout if every patron has a LTCF.

At the local grocery store that I frequent, OCing a GP100 in a leather thumb break. Man comes up to me:

Man: Why is your gun out like that.

Me: I like to carry like this.

Man: That's illegal. You have a CONCEALED PERMIT FOR DEADLY WEAPONS.

Me: My license doesn't say concealed on it.

Man: yes it does. You're going to get arrested.

Me: Alright.

Man: I'm helping you out buddy.

Me: Alright.

A few minutes later I see him rifling through his wallet, looking at his own LTCF.

I'm not going to argue with someone who 'knows' everything.

Newbies here, please don't bash on me that hard. Uhmmm... does this mean I can legally open carry in Philly? Because I never like to carry IWB I'd prefer OWB.,reason is I wear skinny jeans IWB hurts like hell. I'm gonna cover it with a shirt or jacket. I like to concealed as much as possible. But you still see the bottom holster is this OK?

If you have an LTCF, sure. It's best to spend some time learning PA firearms laws forwards and backwards before you do, though.
