I know this is old, but I posted about the same time (September I think) this story. A guy yelled at me from his car that my weapon was exposed. Yes, he said my license says "concealed" on it. Why does that always come up in these stories? I gave him the basics over about 30 seconds and he was receptive and thanked me.

Most people are not douchebags. Be polite and it leaves your options open.

Carson's right: read some stickies, they are full of good info. Enjoy Philly, and if you ever meet Mark (Viper), just say thank you!
the stickies and section 6109 title 18 are good reads. http://www.legis.state.pa.us/WU01/LI...1.009.000..HTM
I'd rather be a fat guy than a skinny jeans guy, to each his own... enjoy and philly are two words that are not allowed to be in the same sentence either though. and yes, say hi to viper!

"Man: Why is your gun out like that?"

"The poor little guy is afraid of the dark."

I once had a roommate in college who was on probation for a DUI. He also wore really skinny jeans. One day we were hanging out at the house and here comes his PO and several local cops through the front door. Idiot forgot to pay his fines or something. As they're frisking him the one cop says to the PO " Don't even bother, his jeans are so god damn tight you couldn't fit anything in there!" I almost pissed myself laughing at him.

He goes " my wife isnt into the idea of having a gun in the house...."
