A "smart" reply may make you feel good but it doesn't help, it is better to educate the uneducated.

my opinion is that you are not OC unless your wearing a shirt tucked in that says "i have a handgun" with an arrow on it pointing at your handgun. don't cover it at all or they will have an excuse.
also, city of first class no oc without ltcf. (link above) city of the first class is above the laws in PA.

    skinny jeans are a crime.

i OC and CC depending on weather, i'm most typically "half exposed" it's still cc but it's also visible... at least part of it is. i went iwb because unhooking my plastic owb holster every day was a bitch, i can leave my leather iwb on during work even though i can't carry during work.
There is no way to make it out alive...

Seriously though, read some of the stickies. Good info there.

That can't be: according to the left we're all fat old white guys!

Carson's right: read some stickies, they are full of good info. Enjoy Philly, and if you ever meet Mark (Viper), just say thank you!

It is illegal to carry a firearm, and where "skinny jeans". Check the laws. Ask Pajama Boy.

You have my permission to arrest anyone wearing skinny jeans.
