Re: Colin Kaepernick thread suggestions.
Does it really matter? I'm sure you'll get to argue about some other millionaire being un-murican soon enough.

Re: Colin Kaepernick thread suggestions.
You want selective modding, I'll give you selective modding.
My only temporary ban came as a result of an avatar I had...an avatar which I had for approximately 8 months before I got banned. Did the mods not notice it until someone took issue with it and thought it was referencing someone specifically? Probably. There was one other time when I foolishly took up a hypothetically posed challenge where I probably deserved a ban, but I wasn't due to intervention of a long time member.
But guess what? I got over it. No big deal. I got rid of that avatar, and I definitely learned from my stupidity in the other case.
If you think the mods are assholes who pick and choose indiscriminately who to ban and which threads to close, you have a choice, quit or take it up with the pizza box stacking dude.
I really enjoy this forum. I've learned lots from it. I've even enjoyed the frivolity of it all. However, I'd leave before I allowed how this forum is run to raise my blood pressure. Heck, I'd leave rather than even complain. Ultimately, it's Dan's little corner of the world. He chooses who is up to snuff when it comes to putting people in charge of moderating it. He can (and has) changed moderators for various reasons. If he so chooses to now, so be it. If he doesn't, so be that as well.
I, for one, like it here, and am sticking around. If the day comes when I don't, I'll leave.

Closing this thread, because the question has been answered, and it's not going to continue the previous discussion.
