    Dollar store nail polish, can't be beat. Bright white, or fluorescent orange, both work great, last for years. Just clean sight first.

    I think when you say "clean" the sight, what you really mean is "degrease" it. Wiping the sight down with acetone will get rid of any nasty stuff that won't allow the paint to stick.
    There's also an outfit named CS Coatings that makes a vinyl "Jig and Lure" coating that works great, but it is expensive, also requires a special solvent and a white undercoat. Available on Amazon and also at Bass Pro Shops.

    I'm going to give the cheap nail polish a try first and go from there. Thanks guys
