Default Any gunsmiths in the Philly area familiar with the KSG?

I am having an issue with a 2nd hand KSG i purchased. The shells seem to he hanging on the cartridge catch. I can rack it like a wild gorilla and it will not drop the next shell on to the lifter. If I manually press the catch, it release onto the lifter and I can chamber. When I rack again, it extracts just fine. I just cannot get either tube to release the shell.

I had a similar issue with mine. Call up Kel-Tec and see if they'll fix it for you.

It's a 2nd hand KelTec and the warranty does not cover the 2nd owners anymore.

I assume you searched that issue online and also on www.thektog.org
I had an issue with my KSG and there were tons of videos and solutions on do it yourself fixes for many of the common KSG issues.
    Good luck!

Such a finicky firearm. Mine still won't shoot low brass.
Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

The problem is it's a one off niche shotgun that most smiths are not going to want to touch or even know what it is.

Like stated above YouTube is most likely your best bet if it's a common issue.
