Turn audio from.flv file into .MP3?

I saved a file from You Tube as an .flv file and can play it just fine with an .flv player. It's just a song with a picture of the album cover.

What I want to do is take just the audio from that and make it an MP3 file so that I can burn it onto a disc with other MP3 files to play in the car CD player.

Is there an quick & easy way to do this? I don't foresee doing this again or if so, very rarely.

I've seen different converters around the net, but haven't tried any. Wanted to get some opinions from someone who's done it before.
