I hope those questions were brought-up, Jeff, along with others like why do the BOD always get the pick of the crop tables right in front? I would think any BOD would be better off to prop up the membership than themselves. Maybe they could do one show a year at the front, but leave the other shows to a lottery or something. Oh well, I'm not a member so didn't go to the meeting.

I did find everything I went looking for though: 8mm Yugo ammo and clips for my incoming M48, a matched minty Yugo bayo, and a Turk sling sold as a Yugo but it will do until I can find a decent Yugo at a decent price. I had a great time but many of the table holders were upset the show was so dead. I even noticed PGCA advertised on television, sorry it didn't work out this time around.

I stopped going when they moved to Butler. Too much hassle (rt 8) traveling to that location from the east side of Pittsburgh.

So, for those of you with questions, gripes, bitches, and suggestions, this is the time to speak up.
A few good ones to ask are:

Why is PGCA still having shows at the sub standard, under attended rat hole at Pullman Square in Butler?
Is the club still loosing thousands of dollars annually? If so, how much annually?
If so, why are the members of the BOD still getting re-numerated for odd committee jobs such as Show Chairman, Door Chairman, Advertising Chairman, Security Chairman Etc.?
If so, why do the BOD get two free tables at each show?
If so, why do the BOD get hotels the weekend of the shows at the clubs expense?
Why, if the club is in the red, loosing money annually and not improving, does the BOD feel justified in receiving these freebies at the clubs and members expense?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

Why should anything change as long as members keep paying dues and attending shows? It's no secret that dishonest officers have been using shows to line their own pockets at the expense of membership but yet the club still gets supported so nothing changes.

Be a cold day in hell before I go to another PCGA show as long as certain officers are in charge. OVMA shows aren't that far away.

A few others have expressed this opinion as of late. Several of them vendors or soon-to-be former vendors at the show. Perhaps if more members, guests and vendors expressed these opinions on the PGCA Facebook page perhaps the BOD will take notice. Or, perhaps not.

BTW, the PGCA Facebook page is Pa Gun Collectors Association I believe.

I have to agree that the quality of this show has gone down the toilet the last couple of years. I usually go anyways just to BS with some friends, look at over-priced merchandise, and occasionally to find something eclectic to buy. There are some vendors that I really like - Jeff - and a few others and will buy, sell or trade with them. However, most I simply don't trust.

With the lack of comments, I guess the show sucked?
