Bucks County CCW Question

Everything I read said nothing about denying a PA LTCF for "any" class 1 misdemeanor. What is that about? I have 1 and just 1 I have 3 licenses OH my home, FL and VA. Info HELP!!

For What it's worth, I have no convictions in PA.

Well I just applied for and in about 20 minutes received my non-resident PA (LTCF) from the Lancaster County Sheriffs Dept. so I'm pretty happy about that. So my next question is this. And if I don't get it answered I'll start a new thread. Is the same process used by the Sheriffs dept in the county I will be presiding in if I do decried to finally move to PA (Lehigh). I don't actually see anywhere on the liscense where it says non resident besides my OH address of course lol

Yes, it will be the same process. If you already have a PA LTCF, they will just change internal paperwork to match your new residing county. Your license will still be valid.
