    But it has to be an elementary or secondary school, is that correct? So the classrooms at my church, which decades ago were used for grades 1 through 8 parochial school, but no longer, and are now only used for things like Sunday "Religious Education", would not count, is that so? Or Streaker's cock ring whittling classes are not a school, is that correct?

    Section 912 of the UFA defines a school as - any elementary or secondary publicly-funded educational institution, any elementary or secondary private school licensed by the Department of Education or any elementary or secondary parochial school.

    Just because once upon a time it was one doesn't make it still one.

    If the classrooms are no longer used as K-12 education rooms, then there is no need to worry.

    You can buy an old school building and use it for other purposes, and the Section 912 passage would have no bearing.
