Angry Glock 43 broken right out of the box

Just picked up a brand new Glock 43 today and went off to the range. I carry my 19 on me daily and wanted the 43 for a bit better concealment when I need it. I have shot several thousand rounds through two 19's that I've owned without a single hiccup so needless to say I was very shocked when the first time I pulled the trigger I got "Click" instead of "Bang". Racked the round out and pulled the trigger again to hear yet another "Click". I inspected the round and it wasn't a light strike, it was a no strike. The round was completely untouched by the firing pin.

I pulled the slide off and see nothing out of the ordinary, but this is my first time touching a 43 but it looks like any other glock on the inside. I am extremely disappointed with this thing so far. I have come to trust glock to work 100% of the time so getting one that's broken right out of the box is frustrating for sure. I know people will ask "Are you sure it was new" Yes I am 100% sure. The gun is absolutely flawless in looks. No wear on anything and still has the factory copper looking grease on it. My other glocks always came with the test fired rounds from the factory. Did glock stop putting them in the box? There are none in mine.

Has anyone had to deal with Glock when it comes to warranty work? I already expect to be without my gun for a couple weeks. I hope it goes smoothly.

Just goes to show that you ALWAYS need to test fire a gun before carrying it. Even Glocks fail.

    Aren't most pistols factory tested/fired?

Mine didn't seem to be. I had no test fired brass in my box.

Did you take the endplate off and check the firing pin? If you're not sure how this video https://youtu.be/JDZLge9Qb10 explains it at about the five minute mark. I'm very curious as to what the problem is. Please post when you figure it out.

I took the firing pin out as shown in the video. I have all the same parts he did so I am not missing anything. I then reassembled it as shown and it still doesn't work. I have no idea what is causing it to be honest.
