Default Bought my Heritage arms 22

It's the standard model with the interchangeable cylinders. It has 6.5 barrel. I'll use it for plinking for awhile and sell it when I can get a Ruger single six.

Why even bother to sell it when you get a ruger.Nothing wrong with having multiple 22 SA revolvers.I have a old songle six with a 6.5 inch barrel,a heritage with a 6.5 inch barrel and extra cylinder and a hertiage with a 4.75 inch barrel.I take all 3 to the range at the same time and have a blast doing it

Keep it, more than one is always fun. I have two of them, a 6.5 and a 3.5 Bird Head.

I guess we'll see when I save up enough for a Ruger. Maybe the Heritage will meet my needs. I haven't heard anything bad about them and they sell a lot of them. I looked at them yesterday and wanted the model without the extra 22 mag cylinder but they sold it before I could get there today. The one I got came with a wood case and nylon holster as well. It seems well constructed. I haven't shot it yet. I am going to get a sportsman's permit and head to the range on my next day off.

Had mine for a while...decent revolver, but not fond of the sights...keeping it anyway.
And, no, you can't have too many 22 revolvers.

The fixed sights could be a pain because you have to guess the windage and elevation. I'll practice at 7 to 10 yards.

You can't go wrong with a Heritage, enjoy it, it is not ammo sensitive like some pistols, splurge and buy a box of 22 magnums, that's where the fun begins, as for a Ruger, why.
    Government 99 and 44/100 % pure bullshit.
