Actually I am pretty sure right after he passed the bar exam he went to work full time as an NRA commentator and hasn't worked as a practicing lawyer. That being said he is still damn good at what he does and he uses those things called facts to back his positions up.

I love this guy. I hope when Wayne retires soon, they replace him with Colion. There isn't a smarter, calmer, more well versed spokesman for gun owners. Not to mention he stomps the liberal falacy of old fat white guys.

I've said before... Wayne's expertise doesn't lie in being a spokesman; he's got the skills in the back room where the deals are made and the pressures are applied. Wayne's ability to work the political system is where his skills lie.
