Know A Range That Allow's 308 Ammo And Out To 100 Yards?

From Montgomery county expanding outward, does anyone know of a range indoor/outdoor that allows 308 ammo and is out at least 100yards?
I'm not looking to jump through hoops and long wait periods for a private membership to an exclusive range. Just need some stress free area to access to shoot my m1a.

If you've ever had ONE of those work days, a good 308 pounding gets the stress out really good.

digged a little and saw Wicen's shooting range. about 40 min drive so i'll give that a try.

I wouldn't say they are that restrictive but they do tend to watch new (mostly young) strangers that just walk in off the street. And IMO that is good. They don't know if you are a "responsible" or a gang banger from Philly just looking for a place to shoot his Glock sideways. For an occasional shooter Wiccens is probably the best bet. Especially for someone starting out.

There are some state game lands not too far from Philly. You can go there and blast away and no one will watch you or say anything. Until a warden comes and gives you a big ticket.

Well, Boyertown Rod and Gun Club has a nice rifle range with several benches to shoot off of. I believe the range extends to 250 yards, if memory serves me correctly (I mostly use their pistol range). There is also a couple of trap bunkers there as well for shotgun when they have competitions. Getting there involves driving West on Rt. 73 until you reach Sunset Hill Rd. and then following that road till you get to the club. I saw one guy shooting his .270 Win. there not too long ago, so I don't know why your .308 would be a problem. But you would have to apply for membership.

You could try Bucks county fish and game, right off of 202, just before you get to Doylestown.
