Thanks very much for posting that. I just spent about 3 hours reading through most all of the pertinent parts. Kind of ironic how Toomeys' amendment grew from a few paragraph summery, to 3 pages to what had to be at least a dozen pages here.

With all of them, there seem to be so many "loop holes" in the alleged "safe guards" and other obvious "outs" for the AG to use, that NONE of these amendments can be trusted to not be misused, either now or at a future date.

Please advise your US Sens and House Reps to vote against ALL of them.

Nothing about keeping violent criminals in prison or doing away with plea bargains, you know, the sort of thing which would address 80% of the crime as most violent criminals are recidivists.
