Where is the serial number located on the LaserMax guide rod - Glock 43?

Just installed my LaserMax guide rod on my Glock-43 (my pocket EDC). While trying to register my LaserMax I could not find the serial number to complete my registration. Does anyone know where I can find the serial # ?. Please be nice.

Check the Box, all paperwork, including the invoice it should be there if no where else.

If I remember correctly it's listed in the paperwork which should've been in a plastic bag in the box.

Thanks for all the suggestions. However, I still could not locate the serial number. Emailed LaserMax and received this reply "It's on the side of the laser tube under the recoil spring...should start with G43......". I followed the instructions and did see something similar to a serial #, but could not read it with my 20/20 corrected vision with glasses. I just ordered a magnifying glass to help read the serial #. Thanks again.
