This reminds of when I bought a Desert Eagle in .50 AE way back when.I just had to have the thing and after I had gotten it and shot it a few times good old buyer's remorse soon set in.I was lucky enough to trade it in for a much more practical and equally pricey firearm...How much are the bullets for that cannon?

I have fired a few of them in the past, and honestly the recoil didn't really bother me. I have quite a bit of experience shooting Big Bore Revolvers, and I thoroughly enjoy handgun hunting. So in a way, this gun would be at least semi-practical for me. I keep trying to justify it... MAKE IT STOP!!!

Ammo is extremely expensive. Maybe you can afford it but that was the cold water for my desire. 2.50 per self defense round? Ouch.

I don't remember who, but someone makes a carbine chambered it that caliber. If you ask me, that's a small rifle caliber to begin with. If you want something chambered in that caliber, that would be my recommendation.
