Default CZ-75 Surplus pistol mags, which ones?

I just purchased one of the surplus police trade in CZ-75's that buds is offering and should have it in a day or so. They are only coming in with a single magazine so I wanted to pick up a few more. There seems to be a lot of confusion over which mag's fit which pistol since there are so many. Mag's listed at PRE-B's are running over $40.00 each and I am way to cheap for that since I was looking for 3 more.

Anyone know if these or any Mecgar mag's will fit?

    Here's the pistol.

I would wait until you have the actual pistol in hand before buying mags.

Being surplus, and that being a stock photo, you might get something a little different (model wise).

Yes sir you are 100% correct on that. I have been reading on the interwebs for the last few hours on and off and it looks like some of the later pre-b pistols (early 90's) went through a transition with a bit of a larger frame before they went completely over to the B series so these transitional pistols will typically take B mags. Once I get the pistol and date it I should have a better idea of what I am dealing with and I am hoping to get a early to mid 90's pistol.

Yep, CZ's are kinda confusing, it's best to wait and then determine which model you actually have and you can then also compare the mag it comes with with photos of the ones you are looking to buy.

I have a 75B, and a 75 Pre-B. Mec-Gar mags fit in both. CZ factory mags do not fit in the Pre-B. Mec-Gar mags are top notch and cheaper than the CZ mags who are actually made by Mec-Gar but they must be a slightly different spec.

+1 for Mec-Gar. They are my go-to whenever possible.

Also, http://gregcotellc.com/cart/index.php has the best prices on MecGar mags. I believe $5 flat rate shipping too.
I'm only here for the wood c-rings.

Happen to know what year your Pre-B was produced?
