Humorous Hunting Story

Was out hunting woodchucks with a friend. He was positioned on the top of a small hill behind a knoll overlooking several woodchuck burrows. The distance was about 150 yards.

Suddenly a chuck's head pops up and he fires. No woodchuck can be seen. After a short period of time a head again pops up in the same location. My friend takes another shot and again the head disappears. Finally, after a third shot to the same location he yells over to me, "Got to check the scope - can't be missing at this range".

We both stood up and walked towards the location of all the shooting.

And there, just outside the burrow, lay three dead woodchucks.
