Question regarding LTCF and expunged juvenile record

Your profile shows the last time you logged on. I was afraid you had not been back. Unfortunately, people often post questions and don't ever come back. I'm glad you did not disappear.

I really don't know how you can confirm that the court did what it is supposed to do and that your expungement worked its way through the system, but I think you want to be sure of it before applying for your LTCF. The lawyer that handled the expungement should be able to help.

Let us know how it turns south, and stick around and participate here. PAFOA can be a bit crazy at times, but it is a great knowledge resouce.
