I was close to Aviano, Italy last week when my access to PAFOA was blocked. I contacted support and was very pleasantly surprized to receive an email from Knight within a few hours, allowing for the 6 hour time difference. Once I had given him the IP address I was using (my son's home system as he is posted to the USAF base in Aviano) he was able to sort out the problem (use by spammers of a close IP address), and I was able to receive my PAFOA Fix again!!).
