Come on people.., realize this is a DEMOCRAT.... which by definition has NO common sense, blames everything EXCEPT the person doing the crime.... How about some of these people getting a brain and realizing that Chicago, Philly, Washington DC, Detroit, and most of California have the strictest gun laws in the country AND the highest murder rates... but then again, they continue to blame the gun and NOT the person for the crimes..... ANOTHER reason to be a Republican and vote in TRUMP... THEN we go after the idiots ones in PA....

In the 1980s, right around the time New Jersey passed their anti semi auto law, Pa tried the same thing when the fervor to pass such laws were running high. The Pa. version, just as strict, lost by a 2 to 1 margin. This was at a time when the ownership of AK and AR platforms was not nearly as high. Today, such guns enjoy sales that are now #1 in the country. This self serving clown hack is doing nothing more than causing an even greater increase in the sale of ARs and AKs, especially in the area he represents.

Ed Gainey has a child's mentality throwing a tantrum and exploiting a tragedy to push his agenda.

    Spirit of 76 tells us:

and who was found to be in violation of firearms laws already on the books. McKinney faces homicide charges.
That this creep was another one who was banned firearm possession under BOTH Pennsylvania and Federal law. And yet Rep. Gainey wants MORE laws that won't be enforced?
